Nowe Ogrody 8.0 is the latest project from Proxin under construction in Poznań’s district of Jeżyce. The new apartments near ul. Polska are being built for people who are looking for high quality and an attractive location that is full of greenery.

The project will create 107 apartments in 2 ,3 and 4 room arrangements, on floor plans of from 26 to 94 m². Ground floor apartments will have their own gardens of up to 65 m² near to the building, and those on upper floors will gain spacious balconies and terraces of up to 59 m². Completion of construction is planned in the Q2 2024.
