Dear Sir/Madam,

The year 2020 will bring new challenges for us. At the March Housing and Homes Fair, we will present the newest, fifth phase of the Nowe Ogrody project in Poznań. The project consists of 130 apartments and 8 commercial spaces. However, this is just the beginning, and we plan to significantly scale up our operations.

A new project, this time a hotel, will join the Poznań project: Nautic Park Darłówko, consisting of 67 apartments ranging from 41.26 to 98.34 square meters, all with sea views. Additionally, we are working intensively on new projects in the capital of Greater Poland, which we hope to announce soon. In summary, we approach 2020 with optimism. According to the Central Statistical Office of Poland (GUS), the number of building permits issued or projects submitted with building plans in 2019 increased by 4.5% compared to the same period in 2018. This means that the real estate development industry is definitely not slowing down.
